Absolutely horrific! The receptionist answered my call then immediately began having a conversation in the background without even saying pardon me for a minute! Then she slammed the phone down! You represent your attorneys! You have a standard that of which you are held to! Beyond unprofessional!
Be warned in my opinion the attorney pete gregory is not about helping his client but abt how much he can bill his client.very unprofessional. just bc they have a big firm image does not mean they know what they are doing.They get you in the door and say what you want to hear but after that it’s all about how much they can bill.Its not about helping people.
