I retained Allen and he did nothing for my case. He led me to believe that he was getting documents filed on my behalf for my eviction case. After two months and no word of a hearing date, it became clear to me that I was being strung along. I eventually moved forward with hiring a new attorney who was able to look into the system and confirm that nothing had been filed on my behalf. I wrote a letter firing Allen and my retainer fee was returned back to me. My new attorney got me a hearing date within a week! I was very disappointed in the way my case was handled. Allen was aware of the circumstances of my case and did nothing to help. Without going into full detail, he was even suppose to file an emergency hearing on my behalf and never did it. Completely lied and was unapologetic. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone. Believe the reviews!!

This man is dishonest and ought to be disbarred. He took someone I know's money, over $3,000, and never did his job. A year later, after missing all deadlines to file, the person has been refunded (luckily) and hired a different attorney. Never have I heard of a more unprofessional, dishonest, and outright liar. Avoid at all costs.
