Mr Bell did our closing. He was very pleasant to work with, and very patient.

I do NOT recommend this firm for anyone especially the seller. I was supposed to close on my home in Richlands on October 8th. I was notified by my agent that I would not be closing til the 9th because the attorney just got back from vacation. Unbelievable! But it gets worse... The check was supposed to be overnighted to me from the closing on Friday the 9th never made it to me Saturday the 10th and my agent emailed them to get a tracking number but they never responded. Had to wait til the 12th (Monday) and call Bell Law Firm and spoke with Kerri (who told me it would be overnighted) and when asked about the tracking number she stated that she had given it to my agent earlier. I called my agent and she said she never received it. After a couple calls to my agent she was finally able to obtain a UPS tracking number from the Bell Law Firm. When I pulled up the tracking number I saw it was NOT sent OVERNIGHT that is was sent NEXT DAY AIR SAVER which means it wont get delivered til the NEXT BUSINESS DAY by 3:00 pm. So, after learning this I called my agent who informed me that she paid Bell Law Firm $35 to overnight the check and they never did so. It makes me wonder why this was done... to collect the interest on the money over the long weekend being today is a Federal holiday (Columbus Day)???? Just very shady to me!

Very helpful. They accomplished everything they said they were going to do. The only reason I am not rating 5 stars is because communication on their end was an issue at times.

Called on the phone to asked a question about a document that I haven't received before about a closing and JAMIE (female) was the most rude person I have spoke in a lawyers office. I won't ever recommend anyone to this firm and won't never hire it myself. Awful customer service.

Could not help me so they put me in touch with a lawyer who could!
