I expected a little more when paying $4,500 to this firm. I would suggest to anyone if you've received offers of settlements in the mail, to just handle your own debt in that way. That's about the extent of the service I got with over $20,000 in total debt. In one case, AZCLG worked with a debt collector and an agreement was arranged and first payment was made. Upon receiving my payment and personal information, the debt collector immediately sued and filed court papers. AZCLG was disinterested in even assisting with the matter in court. While discussing options with AZCLG, Sheldon Black (no longer with this firm), Mr. Black told me there was no recourse that would be offered and when discussing options, told me that AZCLG would no longer assist with any bankruptcy options. Great customer service! When I asked AZCLG for the file information and paperwork involving settlements for other accounts and this one, I received an angry message from Ms. Poulton claimed that all of their settlements were made verbally with the creditor. That's not comforting to know at all........ if that is true. In my most recent case, AZCLG also withheld the last page of the document after signature (after it was signed) citing that the debt collector was also entitled to receive interest. This firm deserves zero credit for anything except taking people's money to stay in business. I would advise you if you're interested, to just handle your own debts. You don't need these clowns to handle communication and then withhold legal documents.

We had to file for bankruptcy following a death in the family that complicated our finances. Rochelle and Sammy were extremely friendly and understanding, and took the time and effort to seamlessly walk us through the process. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone interested in a team that's quick on communication and thorough in their work.

I had a tricky situation with a two derog's on my credit report from a very old short sale. The bank 're-aged' the short sale which basically would make the short sale sit on my report for another 7 years. Rochelle and her team worked hard on this and ultimately got it removed. No upcharges or request for more money. They stuck to their original agreement with me. I highly recommend AZ Credit Law Group.

Very disappoint in Rochelle as we never worked with her but received emails and no attempt to communicate. We had an agreement with Sheldon and Sammy. We are completely disappointed in the lack of communication and who Rochelle took over and changed what was agreed upon by the rest of us. Rochelle as made a threat to us in the email because again she wasn’t in on anything, I feel she went against the client/attorney communication. I won’t recommend the to anyone. I did a lot of the work before asking for there help and feel that we over paid as it’s been 4 weeks and no communication on anything from them. Highly disappointment and again no recommendation will come from us. I would say look else were from Credit or any of the services they provide. Don’t use this law firm as Rochelle is not a good owner or managing attorney. She needs to rethink how she is doing business. My opinion and I have a right to my opinion on this matter and this review. Sorry if others disagree but I don’t like the way we were treated or misunderstood because someone had to take over when we never met her and she refuses to communicate about anything. That’s not good for business to refuse communication when asked or otherwise.

Rochelle is a rock star! She untangled a mess that I had been trying to handle for nearly two decades! Now my credit is aces and I'm buying a house. She is still helping with advise on that! Seriously, she is the best. Thank you Rochelle for fixing my life!
