Would not recommend the husband and wife law team. Paralegal Taylor was not professional and seemed very unorganized. Also talked over me during our last phone call which I did not appreciate when I was expressing concerns. Attorney Whitney seemed clueless and also was not organized. Both of them seemed to not communicate with one another as each phone call with Whitney she didn’t have any of our documents ready or Taylor didn’t ever send them to her or put in our files correctly. My fiancé and I seemed to be doing their jobs. They seem to have forgotten we hired them, not the other way around. They did nothing but confuse us and stress us out more. We fired them and hired another law firm and since it’s been nothing but a breeze hiring people who know how to do their job and want to help their clients.

My experience with everyone here was amazing. I recieved a call back about 10 minutes after I reached out to them with my situation and that made me feel important right away. Even though my situation couldn't be helped at this point.. Michael took the time to look over everything and explain why. If I'm ever so unlucky to experience another situation like mine I will immediately call the Husband & Wife law team! Thank you for making me feel heard in such a dark time.

In 2016, I called your office needing help when my husband lay dying in hospice. This was in the days when hospice facilities chose to terminate their patients against their wishes. I was not aloud to say anything to your receptionist who answered the phone. All I remember is your phone receptionist cutting me I off saying you do not handle these claims. What claims? I didn't know I had one yet. Today, I see you and your husband and parents on TV commercials which disgust me. You get to enjoy and love the living, while I mourn loss every day. How could you at the very least, not train your receptionist to connect me to a paralegal, rather than throw us both away like garbage? I have no respect for your firm, and nothing good to say about you.

Amanda was my paralegal and Brian was my lawyer. They worked with me for months to get me the most amount I could get. They were very caring and empathetic about my accident. Amanda was especially an overachiever. She would call me and let me know the status of my case every time there was a change. Great teamwork! Thank you Carol Smitj

This is the worst company ever in my opinion. I have never had such crappy and unprofessional service ever. The worst customer service. No communication. Paralegal just talked all over me and then told me she didn’t know what to tell me. And then gave me an excuse that my lawyer didn’t know that the defendant was served. When at least a week has gone by since I had received the notice that she was served. At this point I would not recommend this company. Oh and let me not forget how they left me in the wind for months when I said I was ready to start to settle . At this point all I can say good about this company is that they do have a nice lobby with all kinds of snacks, including ice cream. Probably to distract you from the fact they really don’t know what they are doing!
