Was referred to this firm by ARAG Legal and we were able to successfully defend a traffic ticket. Mr. Crenshaw and his team were supportive with the process of working through the Legal system, would recommend.
Don't hire this law firm for anything. They'll just take your money and accomplish nothing. I paid them $2000 towards a bankrupcy and I never once had a face to face meeting with anyone, they weren't very helpful when I asked how I could accomplish the tasks they were asking of me. Why should I even be doing all these tasks? Isn't that what I paid them for? When things weren't getting accomplished and I asked for a refund, they said they'll only give me $300 back, which I'm still waiting for. They also refused to give me a printout of what the $1700 was spending on.
Ready for this one ?! This firm responded to my inquiry on Legal Match. I called their office to schedule a consultation. I spoke with Donna. She asked me to email her a copy of the judgment I am trying to collect on and any other pertinent information regarding the case. Now, several days later, I send them all the information as asked, and Donna calls to inform me there is a conflict of interest. Says the lawyer is FRIENDS with the defendent I am trying to collect the judgment from. She tells me AFTER they have all my information. After thinking about this, should'nt they have asked me who the judgment was against BEFORE I sent them my case info ? That in itself is unethical as it gets ! Be very careful when dealing with this firm.
Terrible experience with David Brown. Be smart and find someone else to help you. He worked on my file for 3 months and then the day before signing, he called me up to say he was going to bill me $1800 more than the agreed upon price in the contract. Be sure to not take his phone calls and get everything in email and writing so you have documentation.
Major admin issues. Called and scheduled a 9am apt with Brown. Took off work, showed up to the office at 8:50...locked. Knocked on the door, no answer. Called the office (which according to their phone system opened at 8:30) no answer. Waited till 9:15, when in walks Brown who claims I’m not on his calendar, but says he will make time for me. The meeting with Brown was productive, but he had several follow up items that were due by the end of the week...he did NONE of them. Not a call or email from him or his office since our meeting. In an industry where deadlines and appointments are especially important...this level of performance is unacceptable. Brown and his office dropped the ball.
