This is absolutely ridiculous. The settlement was to go out by the end of April. It is now May and they still delay. They are definitely in cahoots with Devry because this makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. I wouldn't trust them with a thing. Thia company is at the bottom of the barrel. Crooked lawyers.

Handled the Devry vs Mccormick Settlement even worse than Kroll did, gave false dates of when they were going to issue refunds (Late March) Now into End of April, wouldn't recommend this company in handling any litigations for clients.

Have tried contacting several times a week for over a month. Via their "settlement Portal", their website and phone regarding a class action suit. They are supposed to have info loaded onto their portal for me to review. When click on "View" there is no information. Been trying to contact someone but to no luck. Horrible communication. Horrible customer service. |WOULD NOT Recommend.

Do not expect them to negotiate in good faith. They will lowball your settlement offer and then set arbitrary deadlines in which you must accept the offer or lose out. If you still won't play ball they will just close out your account. My suggestion is to ask to work out your settlement elsewhere.

I have tried repeatedly to have a representative of this firm contact me about several issues for which they represent someone and allows their client and employees to ignore, provide false information, lie with malicious intent to avoid settlement and the list goes on. I will be trying to contact them to discuss this again tomorrow 5/6/2016. I will either retract this feedback or you will find a follow up with more specific details that will validate everything which has been pointed out.
