I hired Scott to help with a brand new car that I purchased but was constantly in the shop. I was very happy with Scott and all of his staff. The process was easy and Scott was honest about what I could expect. I followed all of his advice and my lemon is gone. I was paid back, in full, by the car manufacturer. I hired Scott Kaufman to represent me in my lemon law case as my car's defect made it unsafe to drive for my family, and the travelling public, at least in my opinion at the beginning. Scott returned emails quickly and in great detail as to what action will be taken. I was always satisfied with the answers Scott gave and felt I was in very good hands. The whole process took a reasonable amount of time. But I was just surprised how quickly his team worked on my case. Thank you Scott for your patience with my concerns. I've learned a lot from the experience. For the record, my car was a 2013 Dodge Dart with an oil leak the dealership couldn't fix after 3 separate attempts. After the 3rd time, I contacted Scott.
