As business owners, my wife and I always knew that it would be a good idea to have an attorney who could be relied upon if we ever needed representation. We originally retained Ike to help set up our business legal paperwork.nnWell, on day one it became clear that we would need more than just that.nWe had to protect ourselves from the neighbors who own the house next to our commercial building. If I could give no stars I would. Ike Kaludi and his staff are unprofessional, untimely, and all around horrible people. I have danced all my life, I have worked in the restaurant industry since I was 18, and have been active since I was able to walk. On 5/23/17 I was injured on the job working for Bjs Restaurant and Brewhouse and dislocated my right patella. I was not receiving any treatment for two months because of the how workers comp cases are handled and how the insurance company was trying to act like it didnu2019t happen. I could barley walk for both of those months, barley drive or do anything involving my knee. I didnu2019t even get an MRI until late July so I hired a lawyer, Ike Kaludi. My mom found him somehow, and he took my case telling me how much he believed in it and how he could help me get treatment and get a settlement for my knee. I was in physical therapy for only 3 months which took more than a month to get approved. I then was being seen by my doctor every three weeks but ofcourse nothing was improving because I wasnu2019t getting the help I needed, the doctor would look at my knee and tell me how bad it was, request physical therapy, and a brace that made everything worse. Around January, maybe a little before I was told my knee had deteriorated and that I now have osteoarthritis, I am only 23 years old. My doctor then requested physical therapy and another brace which was denied months later, after my doctor requested it more than three times. We than filed against the denied request and I STILL was not granted my physical therapy. I had to buy my own brace so I could work again. My doctor ended up saying I should find a new doctor because it didnu2019t seem like he can help me anymore, I have been without a doctor since early July. When I was supposed to get a new doctor Ike FAILED to get the adjuster to send my medical records for more than a month, for the institute to tell me that they donu2019t think they can help me. Every single time I needed something, Ike and their team failed to get it or handle it in the correct manner. I even tried to call the adjuster myself to get her to move but she quickly told me I had a lawyer and it was ILLEGAL for me to call on my own behalf even though my lawyers werenu2019t doing their jobs correctly. I have had nothing but trouble ever since working with California Trial Law Group and I hope everyone stays away. I will be filing a formal complaint will the bar amongst other things. I have had only one settlement offer of 17,000 and I might need surgery or a knee replacement. Ike thinks I should take it. This whole group says they believe in my case but I honestly think if the money isnu2019t there they donu2019t care at all! They are now WITHDRAWING and leaving me with no lawyer, no doctor, and no help. I just found out that I am pregnant and I can barley work as it is on my knee, now I have to think what I will do for work when the baby comes and I canu2019t even walk due to the pain I am in everyday. I have missed multiple days of work, fell into a desperation and anxious state that is making it hard to live my everyday life. 0/10. You all should be ashamed of yourself. So much more has happened but I think this review is long enough. Thank you for your time.

Ike and his team at California Trial Law Group were a god send. I have never needed a lawyer before my motorcycle accident and initially I was a bit confused about the whole process. Ike was very knowledgeable, he explained to me my options and advised me on the best course of action.
