This company's employee is taking part in a frivolous lawsuit against a local business that reinvests in the community as opposed to the national company that their client's issue should actually be with. They are allowing their attorney to file a lawsuit against a company that legally bought and is using a piece of equipment that the client claims infringes against a patent that they hold (which was instituted in 2012). Ironically the local business actually purchased the equipment prior to this "patent" and instead of going after the company that actually built the equipment. It is simply a company trying to get an quick return against someone they think will cave to pressure. Please do not support companies that let their employees intimidate local business.
