Alex M. was very polite and patient and led me through the detailed enrollment process. We'll see how things go moving forward, and he assured me that the fee that I would pay them would only be necessary if they succeeded in getting me disability. He did not ask me for any payment information which put me at ease. He also mentioned that the fee was set by the Social Security administration. I will be watching this process closely but so far it has been pleasant.

Well at this time I'm only at step one, but my experience has been very well. Very knowledgeable. Very experienced, very clear and avoid operator. She's very pleasant to talk to. Very easy to work with. We got through is the first step in a very timely and efficient manner so far. I'm very pleased with my experience
