Same experience as others. Claims he got your property taxes decreased which in fact was not true. Then he sends his attorney friends after you to collect. Do not use this individual! Be aware. Report attorney and collection attorneys to BBB and ARDC.

His letters claimed he would only get paid half of first year saved, which I paid, then he kept on billing me after that. I looked at the appeal website and it says property value assessed not changed. The only thing that was changed was the home owners exempt which I over paid the first year since I just move in, and that is what I believe he took half of. Not a reduction is regular tax property. Be aware.

Crooked lawyer His “business” is to charge you for lowering the real estate tax , which in my case did not happened. Still , he sends a bill and report you to collection. BEWARE OF THIS INDIVIDUAL
