Very positive experience of this firm and Catherine Aloise. Comprehensive review of estate plan and updated the same. Scheduled meetings at one of their many offices close to home for elderly parents, and handled estate planning issues personally and well. Accessible by email and phone in a pinch, and offered great advice and support.
I met with Tom McKinnon for Estate planning and there are no words to describe the knowledge and compassion he had. Tom explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I have put my complete trust in him and I know he will take good care of me and my estate.

Daniel Foster was attentive, thorough, and very helpful during my work with him. He was responsive to all my inquiries and exceedingly polite all the way through. He is an asset to the firm.
We recently began probate proceedings with this firm. We were immediately dismayed at the lack of professionalism and disorganization of all of our communications. Paperwork was incomplete, we had to contact their office on multiple mistakes and we were still not moving forward with filing probate after a month. We took action and left the firm for another legal practice. After apologies for some of their errors, they didn’t forward all of our paperwork that we had paid for! At a time when you are mourning a family member who has died, you don’t need the stress of an incompetent law firm who is only interested in your payments! Needless to say, our experience was not positive in any fashion.
