Wage was garnished for several months. Paid off the balance and then they took out another $2200 from my bank. Was told that ADP did not notify them about the holding of my garnished wage. Which I call bs. Now I’m waiting for my refund. I’m sure this place is a scam. They will double dip into your money if you don’t pay attention.

My business received a payroll deduction form to complete for a person that has never been an employee of mine nor do I know the person named. Your firm needs to verify information before sending out such forms.

Was charged the entire amount of my bill when gave my card number over the phone instead of the agreed monthly payment. Now I’m negative in my bank account and have to wait to get the money refunded which they told me could take up to 14 BUSINESS DAYS. Very upset by this and just got a “well you just have to wait for the bank”

I found myself having to have emergency surgery. Instead of having one simple bill, it was divided into many. I unfortunately didn't know who I owed what. One day I received a letter from this company. I called them and was met with nothing but kindness. They willingly worked with me as far as payments that I could afford to get things settled. I have dealt with some pretty nasty bill collectors and I have to say that I was very impressed by how they handle my situation.

They threaten and harass you for medical debt that they know nothing about and can't speak to. They'll even send a process server to deliver a fake lawsuit just to scare you. Pretty disgusting business practices.
