I cannot speak for all team members of this firm, but the woman I encountered when I called to settle a dispute was tragic. I have never been so disrespected or mistreated in my life. I asked multiple times to speak with the person that was handling my case but instead she felt it was her place to give me a life lesson. I called to set up arrangements (take responsibility for an account I just learned about), but I was met with a condescending attitude, a barrage of insults and consistent threats. I have a disorder, and to be "made fun of" in such an unprofessional manner by someone holding such a professional title was disturbing, so much so, that I have sought out legal representation. If you are a company looking to settle a debt, I would not suggest using this firm. Results can be had without being savage.

This place is absolutely terrible. I had a payment plan set up and they were taking money out of my account whenever they wanted. Some within 12 days apart. I called to get resolved and was told to show them proof. But they gave me the wrong email to show them. I called but had to block my number so they would answer to just get hung up on. I asked to speak to someone in higher-ups and was told he won't call me back because he is to busy. This place is a joke. They said if I canceled my agreement which I never got a contract or receipts from, they would garnish my wages.

Dana & Pariser has been handling our eviction cases and other tenant matters for nearly four years. My experience with them has been outstanding. In over 300 eviction cases we have never lost, and I ascribe this result to their experience with the Franklin County court system and their professionalism. D&P has been integral to our own success and growth as a property management company and I count them among our favorite partners. Highly recommended!

It's unfortunate that I have to leave a bad review. When someone is taking ownership and responsibility for something they owe. It should not be met with extreme disrepect and rudeness. Other companies really need to make sure and beware that if they decide to go with this company to recover funds for them. Please do a trial run before hiring to see if they are doing an excellent job in recovering what belongs to your company or prolonging the collection to get more money from your company by extreme rude customer service . They are treating horriblly the ones who are genuine in motive that are taking ownership and responsibility to rectify what one owes as if they never wanted to pay or had intent to pay. Uncalled for and not needed. Think twice.

The gentleman that I spoke to was extremely rude and unprofessional. I’ve never experienced that before in my life. I understand the role of his job but he did not need to belittle me or be so rude. Plus you never know what someone may be going through so kindness goes a long way.
