My husband I recently got in contact with Daniel to see about him possibly representing us in a custody battle. We have called three different attorneys and are finally happy to say this gentleman has our vote. We are low income and Daniels fees are feasible for us. Well, the guy can't hear or see. Yes, you heard it right. I had a virtual initial hearing couple of weeks ago. Before the meeting, he tells me that he forgot his glasses at home but I didn't think much of it. I figured it'll be ok but only to find out that it was the least of my problems. He can't hear either. During the hearing, he was asking me what the plaintiff attorney or the Judge is saying. I mean come on. This leads to the judge leaning towards me to judge giving everything my ex's attorney asked. What does my attorney do, looked like someone stole his pants. I fired him right after the meeting ended. And guess what, he wouldn't give the money back either saying that my flat fee agreement say's that money is non-refundable. I couldn't believe it. I was like sure if you have represented me but you clearly did not! You can't hear or see and yet you wanna get paid for ruining my case? I'm going to file a complain about him and in the mean time, called my credit card and filed a dispute. So there you have it. If you have somewhat complex case, please seek help elsewhere. Just my sincere opinion.

I Hired Dan for a Divorce In Columbia SC.He did not keep me informed at all. Dan mis-quoted the law, I had to correct him on several issues, such as property division, and amount of child support to be paid. Dan even miscalculated my support payments on my last hearing date before the judge. He listened to the defendant‘s lawyer, and without consideration of the facts, assumed that I was not making my support payments while I was under a temporary order. He is by far, an unfit attorney and should not be hired , retained, or considered for counsel.
