Awful conversation with Mr. Foebler when he called me while I was working today. I am appalled this is how a gentleman conducts himself over $50. Not even remotely professional. I had dental work done through Lieske & Nondorf Family Dentistry. They had an old address & telephone # on file. I never received a letter stating I owed $64. He harassed me on the telephone earlier it had me shaking! I had paid the dental office directly, which they had no problem receiving my payment this week and speaking to me. But now Mr. Foebler threatened me stating I am not allowed to call the office to speak to the owner directly regarding the mishap of having the wrong address on file. The officer manager (?) at Lieske and Nondorf refused to allow me to leave a message for the owner. She was very unkind and unsympathetic. Stated Mr. Foebler called and told her to not speak to me. At this point NO DEBT IS OWED to the dental office. Mr. Foebler then stated he would call my former employer (who by the way referred me to that dentist office) and said he would speak to them. Not sure of his intentions there. What in the world! What kind of law office conducts themselves in such a manner? He stated I signed an agreement with the dentist office stating I would pay for his fee, which I do not recall and when I asked the dental office to send me a copy they refused. After he began to raise his voice I hung up. I was NOT going to allow him to bark at me. I am blown away by both businesses today. I met the owner on two different occasions and I believed he would be embarrassed to know this is how his office and friend/attorney who handles his collections would behave. It was truly a matter of them not having the correct address on file. I would advise not doing business with someone with such character. UNPROFESSIONAL.

They are much nicer than a lot of other lawyers in the area that demand everything paid at once. They worked with me when I could only make small payments.
