Whatever you do, don’t pick Thuy as your lawyer, she’ll take your money and offer you no service or advice. she took “Consultation fee” from me and never got back with me, when I tried contacting her, she claimed I wasn’t respecting her hours and never contacted me back and never answered my calls. She basically took my money for free and offered me no consultation or service .
David has my heart. He’s attentive, detailed, and quick witted. His knowledge of and experience in NYS real estate transactions and litigations are beyond any attorney’s ability to represent a client well. His calm demeanor can cool down any tension during negotiations and help make progress for both sides. If you don’t know David and his team, then you’re losing out in NYS real estate.
