Deciding to file for a divorce from my husband after 25 years of marriage was very difficult and Mr. Mitchell was supportive, knowledgeable and understood the challenges I faced. He worked with a forensic accountant and discovered businesses that my now ex-husband had hidden from me, all of which he presented in my divorce hearing, I will be forever grateful to Mr. Mitchell for his hard work and dedication, as it protected my children's future as well as mine.

I needed some work on a prenuptial agreement done and brought it to him. An artfully crafted work was done and left me satisfied. I highly recommend his works.

Opened my case in the wrong division. There was never a time-sharing issue until he made it one. He also refers the person your up against in court to a pro bono attorney to drag your case along, lie, and make the case very expensive. I’ve learned my lesson, and hopefully this review saves someone else lots of money. Not an honest attorney, has to maintain that little office that he has right in the middle of fancy Coral Gables, so be careful.

Bad communicator. Has his own agenda. And its extremely expensive becareful with this guy. Strictly seat of his pants lawyer. Good court room knowledge however but will not fight for what you want but for what he feels its right. Will also take your money And tell you he can do what you ask, but will turn around will tell you it cant be done as soon as you pay him. unprepared and does not prepare you neither as well. Because of him I'm in a worse predicament than I was previous to hiring this man and everything could have gone my way had he not felt like everything should be taken place in the state of Florida. I was fighting for juristriction for my son which ive had for over a year now in the state of pennsylvania with no intentions of giving him back to his mother whos transient and unstable in florida. and he defended me poorly, made my case go from easy to extremely hard. Honestly all I did was take a huge loss of money and put myself in what is very possibly the worst situation immaginable thanks to this man. If Mr. Michitchell wouldnt have listened to my case thouroughly he wouldve understood that my intentions were to never give back my son, but in testimony I was honest and said that I would give my son back to my kids mother, but that was because only when i took him to go see her she wouldnt return him back to me after I gave him to her so she can spend time with in a visit my girlfriend made to Florida. If my intentions were from the beggining to return my son, why would I hire a lawyer to begin with? This is were Mr. Mitchell failed to clearlyfy things and defend me in court because like I said he is a poor communicator. Instead of defending me with an affidavit stating why juristriction should be in the state of pennsylvania, were my son for once in his life (he is 3) has finally had a place were he isnt moving every 3-6 months, he went along and proceeded to talk me into believing that it would be best if juristrisctions stays in Florida and I return my son to my kids mother in December. Complete waste of time, he is a poor communicator and doesnt invest time to understading his clients and their intetions and the position they are in. If you want to lose your hard earned money, then you need to hire this man.
