I retained Mr. Sacks for an employment issue. I had met with other attorneys but felt they did not take my claim seriously and I didn't feel confident that they would represent me in the way I needed. Mr. Sacks listened, asked questions and I felt he understood the situation. He was always responsive and attentive to detail. I would highly recommend Mr. Sacks to represent anyone with employment issues. Although my case was small, he didn't make me feel any less worthy than any of his other clients.

Mr. Sacks seemed to be knowledgeable and capable. He initially agreed to take my case for a set fee. It took a while for me to get the money together and when I did, he said he would review the case and hold to his original commitment. Afterward, he explained that the case would be difficult and asked me to agree to pay him the retainer plus regular payments. I agreed and he said he would email me the details by the end of the week; I've heard nothing since. His lack of integrity and failure to meet his commitments caused me to seek and retain other counsel. "Caveat emptor!!"
