I had to think this through before I wrote it because I was frustrated, and impatient and completely unaware of how this process works. Now that I understand it better I can give a more honest review. First I must commend their staff. Outstanding customer service. Perla Acevedo is remarkable. Her demeanor can calm any storm. Her responses are always timely and she is extremely encouraging when the waiting for money makes you lose it. She is very professional and the quality of her work top notch. And she made me feel like this firm had a lot of integrity. Another positive is their marketing material. I loved their easy to understand materials, videos, and magazines. Truly tailored and well thought out for there clients. And why should you use them because my case was hard to win and they convinced them to pay me something. To me that's the team to go with!
