Anyone is better off suing their landlord directly and just getting it over with. You file the form, by mail of on-line and what you get back is a response that they'll get back to you in about 90 days. for those who don't understand, 90 days is more than enough time for you to have lost any rental dispute No MATTER who is right or wrong. You will case will die waiting for them to act. Which I suspect that is what they are hoping for. So they they don't actually have to act. The matter resolves itself by you moving voluntarily or by being evicted and the situation is resolved one way or another.

They didn't call for the appointed interview. The second time the agent didn't call at the appointed time because she accidentally called the wrong person. She called me later in the day. I was going to delete this post, but since they don't have a delete feature, I decided to modify the post and rating.
