Disgraceful and unprofessional business and they should be ashamed of the way that they treat people. I was involved in a vehicle accident and suffered head trauma. After speaking with Chris and the paralegal, Stacy, they said that I had a case and I contacted the city as they instructed me to. Stacy claims that she made requests to the city for a response and information but I heard nothing from her for months and she could not even be bothered to respond to my emails. In the beginning, when she did respond, she sent blunt one-word responses and was rude. Despite continued follow-ups to both Stacy and Chris via email and phone to try and understand what is happening, they completely ghosted me. If they could not help me, they could have at least been professional enough to tell me so. I have never been more hurt and frustrated dealing with a business in my life. Do not use them, they have made it very clear that they do not care about their clients and will lie to your face. EDIT - I called the city directly to check on the status. They told me that DiBella Law had never filed or submitted anything to them despite telling me that they had and we were waiting for response.

They did such a great job with my case I was very pleased with the outcome Chris did great job thank God for him really ????
