My husband and I contacted the Law Office of Donald D. Vanarelli in order to update our wills. An appointment was set up in a timely manner that was suitable to all. From the time we arrived for our initial appointment to our last appointment for the final signing of the documents, we were treated, courteously, patiently and compassionately by Mr. Vanarelli and his staff. Any questions we had, were immediately answered, whether it be in person, or via an email or phone call. We were made to feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Based on our experience with the Law Office of Donald D. Vanarelli, we highly recommend his services for whatever your needs may be. He is very knowledgeable in his field and is a true professional.

Don Vanarelli and his team were vital in helping my sister and I understand the bewildering Medicaid process. Our loved ones’s case was not typical, however he researched and found the answers to a number of complicated questions/situations. The only reason why I am not giving a 5 star rating is that Mr. Vanarelli’s response time in answering emails/returning phone calls could have been better. At the end of the day, the mission was accomplished. With that being said, I highly recommend the Law Office of Donald D. Vanarelli.

I don’t normally write reviews, but we were so impressed with the legal services of Don Vanarelli, that we wanted to share with others how great our experience was. We first noticed Don from his social media presence and his history as an elder law attorney was clearly extensive and award winning. We hadn’t changed our will in years and had many life changes that needed to be addressed. We met with Don and his team to get the ball rolling. His staff is very polite, professional and knowledgeable. The process started with an in-depth questionnaire that addressed a multitude of issues that we would never have thought of. It gave us a great opportunity to address things like Long Term Care insurance, digital assets and trusts to name a few. It also gave us the chance to talk about uncomfortable issues- living wills, what to do if one of us is incapacitated, and of course what happens after we pass. Not just arrangements, but services and burial vs. cremation. We were particularly impressed with his suggestion of storing all passwords in a spot that can be easily found by either spouse or our children. We would have never thought of that. The actual will itself was the most comprehensive and detailed of a document that you could wish for. Every item is spelled out in detail with our wishes to be fulfilled. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better experience with such a difficult and time-consuming task. I initially "found" Mr. Vanarelli in 2002, when I really needed legal advice for nursing home placement of my Mother, who was a serious stroke victim. Following that, I was so pleased with the service and outcome, I had Mr. V. help me with options for my disabled brother, as well as getting my final papers in order so no one would have to go through what I went through with my Mom's final days. I have referred many co-workers and friends to this Law Office, who in turn were as pleased as I was, and in turn referred others. The greatest experience working with Mr. Vanarelli is his calm and gracious demeanor. I cannot say anything to the contrary, he is the absolute BEST!
