If I could give less than one star, I would I hired him 10 months prior to when he finally dropped my case, with no notice because of my following his explicit instructions to have my ex served at all known addresses (4of them, all paid process service) with affidavits HE emailed me to have filled out, then when he went back to court, the judge wouldn’t accept them so I had file two more affidavits and make an additional payment, which he waited to cash the check for so when it bounced, he also did not notify me of the fact that the checks had bounced. Would go silent for weeks at a time and only when I contacted him would he respond with some new hoop to have me jump through. When he tried to state that I was following another attorneys instructions and I explained that this was all what HE had orchestrated, I only got a process server to serve HIS paperwork, he said the affidavits were garbage and had done nothing for the case (these were HIS DOCUMENTS) and dropped the case leaving my paperwork sitting at the courthouse. I will be filing a complaint with Hyatt as well as the Texas State Bar as I have everything documented via email.

I tried to hire this lawyer for a traffic ticket. He does not seem to be a knowledgeable about traffic tickets. He said I had to appear in person with him (I have had several tickets dismissed by other lawyers without me being present). Then he said he would accept my case through Hyatt Legal plans. Then he told me not to file an online petition to contest my case. Next, he went silent for several days and would not respond to my emails and phone calls. Finally, he comes back and says he cannot take my case. By this time, the time to file online expired making my case more difficult. Thanks for absolutely NOTHING!
