My experience happened after my car accident in 2019. This firm was able to get me reparation from 3 different insurance companies, and to reduce the amount that the money hungry Medicare demanded, once they found out that I had settlement. It did take some time, but it was worth it.in the end. The staff were all very kind to me throughou t my o r deal, I would recommend this firm to anyone who is involved in an MVA that is not their fault.

After being in an auto accident me and my wife sought assistance from the Attorneys here. In the beginning things were smooth and seemed like they were on top of things. After a few months and signing documents the quality of service dropped drastically. Me and my wife would be told we would be contacted and would just not hear from anyone upon calling several times finally was able to talk to someone but found out nothing was being done on me and my wife's behalf. I spoke with Joseph Webb who was very rude and disrespectful in his communication was told he would reach back but never did. After about 2 weeks I called to find out they dropped my case but still say they are working on my wife's case but have done nothing at all according to the insurance company they have not even heard from the lawyers and we are now a year plus from the time of the accident. My service was horrible and we went to them hoping that people of the same race would be more helpful in the matter . Now I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. If in a accident first just trying talking to your insurance these guys are a rip off and are only concerned with the payout they get in the end they do not care about their clients at all.

Worst communication here, I wouldn't get updates and was never aware of any decisions made, I had to find out through the new attorney I hired that they put leans on insurance to get paid but was never told about it. Terri was always lost and didn't know what was going on, bills that I gave them sat for over 2 months and went into collections and still are not paid. Hired in September and when I asked for updates in January I find out nothing was done since October, other than them making sure they get paid. I tried to fire them and they wouldn't even accept that, took 2 weeks and me going to the office for them to give me my file to finally cut ties with them. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere because here you will not have any communication unless you call and are on top of your case.

I found Jerold and Sherry Hart to be very helpful and thorough in the handling of my pedestrian accident. They kept me informed on a regulat basis about all the activity that was being done. After Jerold retired, Joe Webb followed through and worked with Sherry Hart to complete my case. Phillip Innes was also quick to act when the case was finally wrapping up. All the office personnel were professional, yet kind and thoughtful each time I needed to contact the office. I also had the privilege to speak with Mr. Darrell Elliott concerning my case and greatly appreciated the personal interest he showed. I was a person, not just a number or a case. To be quite honest I didn't consider them at all at first but this firm was willing to assist me when everyone else declined my case, and I am so very glad I did.
