Cassie Kruse charged me over $14k from spring 2018 - spring 2020. I only met with her in office ONCE. The bulk of my bill was EMAILS. At the time I was making $11hr. At the onset, the lawyer suggested I sign a waiver to conflict of interest with the guardianship agency. As time passes rather than requesting a final hearing, the lawyer seemed to sway with the agency by requesting more demands from the already non compliant opposing party. The agency only made ONE house visit in the course of 2 years! I believe my parental rights were distorted, disregarded and not safeguarded. Winter 2019, the lawyer motioned, that I attempt to safely pick up my child during a 15 minute work break that included highway travel. It was unreasonable. The lawyer refused to request a final hearing for me, and ultimately asked to be released from a $6700 bill by the Court due to financial hardship.
I worked with Kent Emswiller and Barbara in their office on my mom's estate. Kent & Barbara were very helpful & responsive throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Kent for any Estate Administration situation you have. Jeff Bell
