Very disappointed with this firm. Paid for my bankruptcy up front and in full. Its been over a year back and forth still have not had the bankruptcy filed. After I met with Mark Jump initially and paid for the service I never had another in person meeting everything was by email waiting weeks at a time for a response. When I requested a refund I was told that "they spent a lot of time on my case and there was nothing left to refund." The fees I paid included filing and representation until the conclusion of my bankruptcy. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would.

They never return phone calls, or respond to e-mails. Communication is not their strong point. Please consider another Attorney for legal matters.
