Ernest Ianetti is an exceptional lawyer! I consulted him in the middle of a mess and he quickly understood the bigger picture. His legal advice is excellent and his broad experience weighs in. On top of his professional skills he is a trustworthy, kindhearted person that I appreciate to work with and fully recommend.

I worked with Ernest as a Digital Forensic Examiner on a very challenging criminal case. Ernest was very thorough with his legal arguments, he has the ability to listen, is assertive without being aggressive, has perseverance and is compassionate regarding his client's position. Ernest is an attorney that you want to have on your side. I highly recommend him. Tino Kyprianou, CEO Axiana Digital Forensics.

Of the attorneys that I have had professional interactions with Mr. Ianetta's representation was so unprofessional that it violated the Rules of Professional Conduct. While handling a criminal case, post conviction appeal, he not only wrote miss truths into the appeal brief but he further stated in open court that I had changed my mind to self represent myself (a constitutional right of every american citizens) stating on record that transcripts reflected this position. This was not true and not only was he aware that it was not true, but stressed the issue convincing the judge that is was so. So convinced of this negative self representation position that the court denied relief (I lost). Upon review of a higher court on appeal, the NJ Appellate Court determined that I had not changed my mind and that my rights were in fact violated ultimately reversing the conviction against me. I suffered additional years in prison due to his unethical performance.
