We have had a case open with them for a couple of years after a car wreck my spouse had. Initially we were told that there was nothing that they could do, and that they were very sorry they couldn't help us. Fast forward to March of '24, and the legal team contacts us out of nowhere saying that the insurance company called them (not the other way around) and admitted that there was, in fact, a settlement owed. The legal team then said that they needed to verify any outstanding medical bills, and once that was done they would release the settlement. Groovy. Well, four months later and the bills have, apparently, still not been verified. I have attempted to reach my legal team for almost two weeks now, and have been sentenced to voicemail jail. Left several voicemails and the receptionists have stated that they have messaged the supervising attorneys, to no avail. Honestly, the receptionists are the sole reason they get 2 stars, since everyone of them have been as patient and understanding as one could hope. Update: dropped to one star. About 2 hours after posting the original 2-star review, they finally sent me a text message. It was them saying that they've done nothing. Then, a few days later, they sent me another text requesting me to be available for a phone call, but then never bothered to call during the arranged time.

I worked with Shal to handle my case after my car accident and she made the process as easy as it can be. She was communicative and let me know each step of the way what to expect so I could focus on treatment and recovery without the added stress of dealing with insurance. She was great and I’m glad I made the choice to work with her and her team.

Call Morgan and Morgan don't waste your time with these people. I have received better customer service at McDonald's. I Haven't heard from anybody from my attorneys team in 3 months after signing release of bodily injury forms and damage of personal property. Accident happened in spetember of 23 and since having farah and farah on my case it has been nothing but headaches, poor communication and lies the entire process. Almost a year later 5 months of physical therapy 3-4 times a week I still have not received a dime and I'm currently getting bills going to collections for unpaid medical bills on their end but my case is "settled". This is a scam they do not care about you or your case or Injurys. August update After calling the office and leaving multiple voice-mails for months somebody finally called me back(receptionist)saying my legal team wants to have an over the phone apt at 130 the following day just for them to not call me.

Seriously cannot believe I fell for this. My vehicle gets totalled while I'm saving a life. My wife gets injured. The at fault drivers insurance said they'll pay 10k. Farah and farah get involved say they can help. Drag the entire process out for months. Then when it comes time to settle the insurance pays the 10k farah steals over 4k and leaves me with almost half of what I was gonna get anyways. Don't waste your time with these people. Either take the settlement or keep looking
