Reviews

This is the worst title company I had experienced with. the bind fund was due 3/4. any they harassed my husband to make payment at 3PM 3/3 without any notification prior. my husband had to take off earlier to drive 50 mile to make payment. My house was scheduled for closing on 3/17. and on 3/16, i still haven't got final statement or any emails regarding the closing. when i asked why it was so poorly prepared, i was told they are super busy and only one staff was in the office.
I sold my home last week and this closing company did not give me an accurate settlement statement as far as the fixed costs. Not only did they leave out an $85 charge on the quote, but they actually had it listed twice on closing documents. Had to wait for them to fix the paperwork. Disappointing and unprofessional. Kaitlyn Camp was my initial contact.
It will not allow me to give them a negative or I would. It has been 3 months since my parents closed on a home , the title company missed a lien on the property and instead of paying the lien and figuring out the details later...they are causing my elderly parents to wait while they investigate WHERE THEY MESSED UP! UNBELIEVABLE...SINCE OCTOBER! AND WE ARE IN A NEW YEAR!!!! EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE! I work for a Real Estate Attorney and I'm pretty sure if this was our screw up we would accept fault, pay the lien and go from there NOT EXPECT THE NEW HOMEOWNER TO SUFFER BECAUSE OF OUR INABILITY to do our job. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.
Close on properties with Federal National Title Group in Washington State in June received a letter saying they had mailed a check for $350 and had been returned I tried to call contact never could get through sent the letter back in for resending of the monies and never heard anything back the phone number I was given goes to a voicemail that has no more ability to leave a message so my experience here has been quite discouraging there's something wrong here
I feel compelled to come here 5 to 6 times a week. It's a great place and I love the people
