Had my Will prepared by Sue Gilkey from this office a few years back and was very satisfied with the finished product. Recently I needed a professional letter drawn up and naturally I looked to Sue again for her assistance with this. Starting around Christmas or so, I phoned and said I was interested in talking with Sue about the letter and wanted to make an appointment with her. The woman said she would give Sue the message. Well, fast forward 7 weeks and 5 messages left (and 1with an assistant), still no response from Sue?? On my most recent call, I asked the woman to please let me know something as the issue was important and somewhat time sensitive. Well, again, nothing!! Had I known about this astonishing level of unprofessionalism, I would not have wasted so much time with this office. Just floored really. When/If considering Sue’s “ professional “ services, you may want to take pause.
