Mr. Collison is top notch I’ve used him many times for evictions I wouldn’t trust anyone else. As far as I know he no longer works in Endicott where I had him work for me as far as Marie we didn’t agree on the stuff for the eviction moratorium I know it was a big mess I understand but all I wanted was to talk to Gary as I had many times when he was in Endicott but she told me I could only talk to her . If Gary came back to Endicott I will say he the BEST he got all the jobs in Broome County Court done he even came to one of my apartments to serve a tenant himself this Gary is worth every penny and he knows me well as we sat in court many times . I had made some calls and inquiries about 3 complicated evictions for my place of employment to this law firm. I had spent hours compiling and sent over all the detailed information that was requested by them. They followed up with me and told me the fees required to be able to proceed. Some complications came up, including new promises from the tenants and we chose not to proceed at that time and I informed the law firm. About two months later, my employer's circumstances changed again and I contacted Collison to inquire about proceeding with just one of the three tenants from prior. This is where I was met with an attitude and informed "I don't know if you know this or not but..." but that they had spent "hours" prior putting together information for me and then we told them we weren't interested in pursing it. I was not aware of this as I have no idea what a law firm does since I'm not in law so I sincerely apologized and said that 'No, I was not aware of the time you put into it. We hadn't yet agreed to proceed so I had no idea'. Nonetheless, they agreed that if we were certain we wanted to proceed, they would help us evict the one tenant. Again, this is a complicated situation and I had several questions to ask to be sure the procedure would work for my employer as a struggling business owner, as many are right now. I spoke to Marie at Collison for one final question and she was EXTREMELY RUDE and had a severe attitude towards me for asking questions to be sure that we could 100% proceed, because out of respect and professionalism, I didn't want to do the same thing to them that they were so upset about from prior. Marie met me with so much attitude and rude behavior over the phone, I was shocked. I told them they would certainly not earn our business and had to actually hang up on her. I wouldn't recommend doing business with Collison Law Firm if you're just an average citizen, because the way I was treated for asking questions and not knowing what they did behind the scenes was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Exceptional attorney. Gary exceeded my expectations. After reading his first email response I knew I had picked a winner. His pleading were spot on perfect. Fair, honest, reasonable, responsive, Brilliant. I could not be happier. I highly recommend everyone to use this attorney.
