Never experienced this when closing on a house. Larry asked me to add my routing number and bank account number to a blank sheet of paper that had two lines on it. He never told me before Closing that I needed to bring the ABA Wiring information and that is usually coordinated between the Closing Attorney and the Seller's Bank or Credit Union on Closing day (on all of the other Closings that I have been to). He called me back a few hours later accusing me in a very confrontational tone to say to me that I gave him incorrect account numbers, and by the way, how would that benefit me as a Seller. I told him I gave him what he asked for and that he did not tell me to bring the Wiring information with me, which I could have. I had my Credit Union call him to give him the information. I do not recommend.
Larry Feldman is a good guy. He goes the extra mile to make sure you're taken care of. He makes sure you are totally informed of everything thing you are signing. He's the only closing attorney who takes the time to explain in detail Georgia's non-judicial foreclosure process. Other attorneys just laugh and say "no pay, no stay". Larry takes the time to explain things and even shows you how to save money when he goes over the mortgage amortization schedule. You get an education when you close on your home with Larry Feldman.
As a single mom, sole provider to my family I was worried when presented with an agreement by my employer. Mitch Feldman was so helpful explaining my options and advising me on areas I’m not knowledgeable about. Being vulnerable and ignorant I’m so thankful he and his law firm walked me through the situation that I was naive about but that employers are very well versed in! Trusting Mitch and his firm paid off in protecting my children and I in a vulnerable situation and I can’t thank them enough!!
This is the worst law office there is. You can't trust Larry Feldman or anyone that works there. When the owner passed away it went down hill from there. They are not professional people at all. If you want a real lawyer go somewhere else cause they charge people a lot of money. Don't use this law office you will never get anywhere.
Was a good closing attorney. But the building and office location being on the second floor does not comply with people with disabilities nor does the building have a elevator. As I was leaving the only thing front desk lady said was to take the steps to the left is safer and not can I help you down.
