Jonathan Goldberg helped me process my claim from a car accident. He's is gracious and easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable working with him and he was certainly patient with me while he had to explain the process several times. In the end, I received a larger settlement. Thank you Jonathan! I will be back if I ever need these type of services again.
Jonathan J. Goldberg has been my family lawyer for years and he does a great job with getting you the money you deserve. He is excellent with communication with every single detail and whether it's emailing or calling to make sure you have all questions answered, so I would recommend him to everybody he will get the job done.
In 2017 I was hit from behind by a car while riding my bike on Beach Drive in Maryland. I was wearing reflective clothes, had a safety light and was riding appropriately. I don’t remember the event particulars, but when I regained consciousness a crowd had gathered I couldn’t move. I was rushed to Suburban Hospital in Bethesda where I spent hours in the Trauma Ward. My injuries included a broken Thoracic 10 vertebrae, broken bones in my right hand significant road rash and bruising. I was released from the hospital late in the evening and spent the night at a friend’s house. My wife and infant son were out of the country at the time. I was referred to Mr. Goldberg through the my friend who’s house I stayed in immediately after the accident. I attended traffic court and was enraged when the individual who hit me pleaded not guilty. However, during traffic court the driver admitted to hitting me (the police report detailed the damage to the drivers car). Since there was a broken vertebrae I had several appointments with a neurologist and three rounds of physical therapy for my back. I also received physical therapy for my hand. My case was settled in October 2021 meaning there was four years from the date of the accident to the date of settlement. During those four years the driver’s insurance company pushed to have the issue resolved, attempted to mitigate the extent of my injuries by sending me to a doctor of their choosing and lowballed me at settlement. Mr. Goldberg’s guidance from the day of our initial consultation to the resolution of the case was moral, honest and detailed. He maintained copious notes, followed up with the neurologist, the orthopedic doctor and each physical therapy office – because there were broken bones in both my hand and back there were several medical practices which had records. When the insurance company tried to minimize my injuries Mr. Goldberg had detailed records proving them wrong. When they offered an insultingly low settlement Mr. Goldberg explained I had options. While I wish the event hadn’t happened, Mr. Goldberg obtained an outcome in my favor. At no time was I not heard and listened too. I never felt pushed to do or say anything that made me uncomfortable and at no time did I wonder if I chose the wrong attorney or question Mr. Goldberg’s judgement. Due to Mr. Goldberg’s professionalism and legal approach I’ve decided my family will use his services to draft our wills. I have zero issues writing a review and would be happy to discuss my positive experience with Mr. Goldberg.
