I've used KKOS to help set up and maintain a couple of LLCs and the experience has been positive. I recently contacted the attorney I've worked with in the past to review some real estate documents and he responded letting me know he wouldn't be able to do it in the timeframe I needed (totally fine). I asked if there was another attorney who could do and he mentioned there was one named Katie Nentwick. I talked with Katie and sent her the real estate documents but she wasn't able to review them during the timeframe discussed which was frustrating. However, she reached out to me and apologized for the delay and offered to reduce her fee due to the postponement in getting my documents back to me. I appreciate her doing that and makes me feel valued as a client.

We hired KKOS Lawyers to participate in our incorporation and were sinking counsel in order to ensure that we did so in a way that allowed us to remain compliant with the law. In an effort to do so, we therefore paid an upfront fee in order to retain the services of this team. Our meeting was inconclusive, as it seemed that they did not actually have much expertise and gave us advice that I knew, having spoken to a previous legal team before, was going to put us in trouble. After an hour of back and forth, they said that they would do research, we paid the fee, and they never reached back to us. I would say it is a very unprofessional and disorganized team by the looks of it. More interested in cashing in than offering legal advice to their clients. I've heard bad things about them through friends of mine, so I am going to keep away from now on. I would recommend anyone else to do the same, especially if you are seeking advice to protect yourself. These guys are just not it.

My husband and i have had the pleasure of having Robert Winterton assigned to us for business tax strategies. We had only come to understand some things thru Mark and Matt's videos, enough to know we needed professional help. Robert was able to bring it all together for us in a way that made us feel good about the decisions we needed to make. He was very patient and helpful and spoke in terms we could grasp things better nor did he make us feel ignorant for not understanding at first. We can highly recommend Robert to anyone feeling overwhelmed with such big decisions without feeling we've left something out or undone. There was even a time when he didn't know the answer so he went and asked another professional colleague to confirm what he was thinking. We liked that we could have the team approach when necessary. I cannot say enough about my experience with this firm! I read the book "The Tax and Legal Playbook." After, I reached out to Mr. Kohler and he connected me with Kevin and his wonderful team. Kevin, Lindsay, Connie, and Keiko were FABULOUS. This was my first time creating an LLC, so I wasn't sure what to expect in the way of process or price. Kevin and his team were patient, informative, and thorough. I was so impressed with their prompt response, great communication, and professionalism! KKOS made my experience easy, productive, and surprisingly-- affordable!
