I had been recommended to Matt from my financial planner and I’m so grateful that she did. I needed help getting documents redone and created for my grandma in terms of her estate planning - being as young as I am I have never looked into estate planning and didn’t know much of what to do. My husband and I did estate planning with him and all went well. I contacted him a few months later and asked if he couldnreview our trust and update. He agreed and asked me to provide a copy of our trust. I drove a copy to the office. We called him five times over a month for an update on whether he could update and he wouldn't call us back or provide an update. I called a final time requesting the documents back since he wouldn't respond and when I didn't get another call back, I went to the office and he wasn't there. The office staff called him and stated he would call me. He text me instead, relaying I could pick up the documents the following day. No explanation or apologies were given. I would not recommend this law firm.
