With all due respect. Real estate agents/brokers: If you want to get paid on time as you planned, choose another attorney. Hankin and pack asking you to have your broker in charge to sign wire form and then Broker in charge has to notarize that. And this lawyer asking you to do that VERY LAST MINUTE in writing via their strange system. Pretty much as unnoticable as possible, They dont tell you that in person at closing that you can not get your commision unless broker in charge sign something in front of the notary. Everyone understand that this is not gonna happen very quick, becuase Broker in charge usually busy person. Therefore they keep money longer than they should. I'm Glad that I reached out myself and ask them why no payment made yet. Other than that Closing was smooth. and its a professional closing attorney to work with.

We just had our closing on Friday. Our build experience had been an absolute nightmare so I had a lot of anxiety entering the closing. I was so impressed with the level of professionalism and compassion we were met with. It made what could have been a miserable experience an excellent one. Our closing attorney was patient, understanding, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend their services and would absolutely work with them again.

Negative 10 stars! We were contractually required to use this firm by our builder. Hankin & Pack (“HP”) provided inaccurate contact info to the Master HOA, despite being given accurate info several times throughout closing process. This resulted in us not getting any notice from the HOA, legal or actual, and a lien placed on our property. We, as purchasers, were not given any HOA info at closing to prevent this either. Purchasers are to rely on HP to do their job, yet, are financially responsible when they do not. I contacted HP numerous times within the 30 days I had before the lien was placed and nothing. I sent emails and cc’d the paralegal, Logan Edgerton, and the closing attorney. You can’t get an actual person on the phone. You have to go through Qualia and hope for a return call. You can’t leave an attorney a voicemail. There is no receptionist. The managing attorney, Traci (no idea last name. Post-closing team did not provide), never returned my call. I AM TOLD BY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CO. THAT WE ARE NOT THE ONLY PURCHASERS THIS HAS HAPPENED TO. BEWARE!
