The worst company ever. Textbook predatory debt company. When I tried to call to pay off my debt, I waited for an hour listening to that awful classical music and no one even picked up! What the hell!? Do they want your money or not? I despise companies like this and I hope they rot in hell. I called back again only to get a snotty lady telling me I need to continue to stay on the line and wait another hour. I still have yet to pay off my debt that they purchased from the oklahoma turnpike toll. Awful predatory company. I hope all of these companies die off soon.

I owe nothing and these clowns are willing to violate the Fair Credit Reporting Act repeatedly by harassing me. Just so you know, under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, people harassed by 'debt collectors' can sue for $1500 EACH OFFENSE in small claims court in their OWN jurisdiction. Yes, you can go to your local court and file a claim for a small fee. If they don't show up, you can get a default judgment of $1500 for each call they make to you. If they do show up, which is unlikely, you can still win because they show no regard for the law. If you have some time, have at it. You are welcome!

This company sent me a text of a debt I owe without any information, never attempted to contact me in a more professional manner, and linked straight to their pay system instead of my case. Here's the thing, I don't owe anything. It's a scam. They claim they're collecting 400 for my state's toll road, but I haven't been on a toll road in a year and it was 2 dollars, which I paid promptly. I checked my account on the state's website, nothing owed. This company supplements real cases with complete fabrications. This is a violation of law, and they should absolutely be charged. If you get anything from these guys, triple check the case. Demand that it's physically sent to you via mail

Absolutely terrible customer service! I’m not even sure this company is legit from what I've read and my experience with them. After holding for 32 minutes they told me they weren't going to speak to me without me giving them info and then hung up. When I called back to speak with someone else another lady said "there's over 70 people in front of you can I can't prevent that". So I gave up. Not going to pay just from receiving a text when they can't even provide proof!

Horrible. I have had to call numerous times because my login info magically stops working. I called this month, after emailing numerous time and no response, and their reply -- "It's working on our end so it must be an issue with the login page." Then proceeded to say they would be happy to take my payment over the phone. I requested to just send me a paper bill (still haven't gotten it and still can't login). They made sure to tell me to make sure I get the payment sent on time. I have not been late yet and it feels they keep screwing up the login info to create a delinquency in accounts. Very suspicious behavior. I tried to pull the acct to just pay it straight to my medical provider and can't, of course. Horrible company.
