I retained the Heekin law firm, represented by attorney Sanders.I recognized early on that this foreclosure defense attorney did not appear to be on my side, but I didn't realize how bad things were until it was too late. Did not work for me, but rather against me the entire time; the only actual person in interest and indispensable party of the case was denied the right to intervene, even though the other defendant had no interest in the property. There was no legitimate plaintiff (the debt had been resold multiple times) and no true defendant. So what if my constitutional rights were likewise violated, and I was deprived of my property without due process? Mr. Sanders did not consider this to be my defense. The evidence-based, compelling defense arguments were never presented. Mr. Sander misled and violated my trust, and did not operate in my best interests. Do not recommend.
