Mr. Michael Mann, an attorney in this firm, just helped us resolve a thorny matter with our tenant. Mr. Mann's performance was outstanding. He helped us navigate and resolve in record time an issue that could have been very unpleasant. He identified all the relevant issues, and handled all interactions very effectively and promptly. He was able to arrive at an amicable solution, with the net result that we are able to list our property early at the increased lease price we wanted. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Mann. Someone I knew for short period of time handed me visiting card of this firm - without doing any research I retained this firm and that was my biggest mistake. It cost me $4,800.00 + 7 months stress for nothing in hand. Ronald S. Heymann and Danica D Baldino were primary personals worked on my case. They are Incompetent, sloppy, Big talk, but NO walk the talk. keep blaming pandemic, other party lawyers periodically for the their snail move. There was ZERO transparency of my case - the only place I see the lawyer worked on you case was on monthly bill-invoices: bunch of dates and heavy charges, like meeting, discussion ... so on ! I had no choice than call or email them for asking status of your case or asking questions like what happened on these meetings or discussions you have listed in invoices? I get nothing, but surprising bill. They heavily charged me for less than 2 min phone calls and reading my question emails that were never answered to me! I was not listened, documents I submitted are not looked into, any document they prepared are just a generic templates - black spaces and full of typos and wrong information, …. to many to list. It took me some time to get to this page, but later is better than NEVER. When I saw comments of above users I mentioned, I found myself totally in their shoe. Their comments helped me to fire this firm and find a real lawyer. Guys, firing sloppy lawyer of this firm was the best decision I have made in 2021. Starting from scratch - the new firm was able to resolve my case in two months for a portion of the above cost. FYI: these was no change in other party lawyer, it is proof that what Ronald S. Heymann told/blame other party was LIE.

This law firm does sloppy work. I hired them to represent me in a legal matter. They were often late to court proceedings and were always unprepared. They made a lot of mistakes and were unprofessional at times. Most of the time my attorney could not remember the details of my case and I had to constantly remind him about important dates and times. It was embarrassing. I did very poorly in court because of them. These attorneys do not have their clients best interest in mind. I do not recommend them.
