Crighton Chase is an outstanding attorney. I was connected with Crighton through a recommendation from a mutual acquaintance at the beginning of a very contentious separation and subsequent divorce. Crighton was exceptional at each step of the process and although I wouldn't wish my experience on anyone, ultimately the result - both financially and more importantly from a custodial perspective with primary custody of my children - was excellent.
We called this law firm today, 10/01/2024 at 2:15 pm to inquire about acquiring a liquor license and had the most negative interaction with a receptionist that goes by the name of Chantel. She was super rude and disrespectful. When I asked why she was so rude she hung up on me and then when I called back she continued to disconnect the call. When she answered again, I asked for her supervisor’s information to which she replied there was none. She said that her first and last names are Chantel. Your law firm deserves someone who can answer the phone and represent the profession better.
This is hands down the most unethical and heartless firm in Maryland. I contacted this office for help after my wife falsely accused me of abuse and then they used that to gain leverage in the divorce. My intent was to try and reduce the contention my wife was creating for the good of my kids. I left a message for Mr. Brown and instead of calling me back he called my now ex-wife and offered to be her council because he knew he could get more money that way by manipulating her. From day one he made the divorce ten times more contentious than it needed to be and ruthlessly tried to help my ex take my kids from me. I ultimately won out at significant expense. If you are a man do not call Sam Brown because he will turn against you and if you are a woman that wants to ensure that your family will be torn apart in the most ruthless manner possible at extreme psychological expense to your children and wish to give your family’s hard earned money to Sam then, yes, by all means call him.
After trying unsuccessfully to resolve a debt collection situation for months, I met Creighton Chase at the Annapolis courthouse. Creighton Chase is an awesome attorney with principles he isn’t just another attorney looking for his next victim. Those of you that may have had the pleasure of dealing with an attorney, where you were uncertain, if they were representing you, will certainly find Creighton Chase a pleasure to work with. I found Crighton Chase to be a great listener and easy to effectively communicate with. He listened to my issues/concerns, carefully reviewed my documents and came up with an agreeable solution. He took the time to contact the debt collection firm and weed through their lengthy holding process and confused staff. Throughout the entire process he remained professional, responsive and available for questions (a big plus). I would recommend him to my friends and family without hesitation!!
Sam Brown has been able to get outcomes that I never expected. His due diligence and perseverance are top notch. He listens to his clients and understands and appreciates the toll that this process takes on his clients.
