Kimberly is a Paralegal and sends emails worded as if she is the attorney on the case. Very unprofessional and replies to emails,"You case is closed with our office" all in bold letters. Will not answer questions. I asked what I owed and the reply was an amount if I paid by August 15, 2024. I paid more than that amount on July 30, 2024 and then received an email that I still owed. How could I owe more on July 30th than on August 15th!!!!! I received a paper receipt from a book you buy at Walmart. I asked for itemized receipt and when I finally received an email with an attachment, it showed a fee for them placing a lien on my home in 2013. I purchased my home in 2018!! She also put an an email another fee for releasing the lien from 2013.

the worst paralegal site, bad service, they let everything happen to just continue charging interest, they do not communicate with you, I accumulated a debt by mistake for the condominium of a property and they transferred me to this paralegal site that called more than ten times I wrote more of 7 emails to comply with the payments and they do not respond, they leave you waiting for time to pass and to be able to charge you administrative fees and additional costs, it is the worst thing there

I want awards David Mosier, 5 stars because I'm optimistic he will exiled his egregious errors, or mistakes etc..... Communication skills are fundamental to your career of paralegal. Paralegals spend more than 75% of every day communicating in some way with others- either verbal communication written communication. this Gentle man can't explained what he sent the letter to the home owners.. I just asked question and what he replied "case closed and you have a question you can contacting your home owners association (HOA)hung up the phone" Because that simply he is not capable to synthesize information and knowledge to achieve a solutions. The letter he had sent to the home owners at page 2 that doesn't describe debt collections the letter he had sent if you have a question you can call me or email me..How ever I wasn't upset he hung up the call .That just of a very lower Organizations and Time management mindset I believe I just wondering his professionalism & Accountability of A positive Attitude of communication skills questionable . Bellow is to practice and to secure the 5 star's. if not he can makes his own decisions to have them or he can evaluate himself and secure how many star he can deserve of his knowledge.. the practice for him are as follows. .Ability to multitask.. .strong .attention to detail... .willingness to learn... .Expertise in organizations... .Psychic abilities. God is great I always do his will.????
