My divorce was difficult and took almost 3 years to finalize all the details, but during that time, Marc was most knowledgeable, with a high level of expertise and guidance. Hughes law group grossly overcharged me in my divorce case. I came to them in my darkest day for assistance in dissolution of my marriage. After 11 months and $59,000 I still sat in the same place. No spousal support. No child support. No access to my joint checking accounts, joint investment accounts, joint business accounts. Nothing. They charged me paralegal rates for secretarial work. The only saving grace was the fee arbitrator who agreed that I did not need to pay the additional $12,000 they kept billing me. I highly discourage any one from using this law firm.
