I have used this firm for multiple occasions and always had great experiences. I’m on my 3rd case with them and nothing but good things to say. Everyone at this office is always helpful and attentive when I call or email. Sometimes they get busy and forget to call but then again they are large and things happen. I just email and get a response within a day if it’s real important I call and tell the receptionist it’s important and then they will call back immediately. Give them a try and you won’t be disappointed but remember they deal with a lot and things take time nothing is done in a day. My last case took 4 years because of Covid so be patient with them and don’t rush as they are the attorneys and know how the process works. Thanks again to my lawyer and his full staff

My husband just began the process of filling for disability with O'Connor, Acciani & Levy. It took a little longer for them to get back with us after leaving a voicemail. It took around 3 days but it was from a Friday & they scheduled a time for a paralegal to call me back Monday morning. So actually that was pretty quick so I take back what I said before. After the paralegal called & talked to my husband about everything, we still had a lot of questions that wasn't answered. They basically told him to go to a Orthopedic Surgeon and have them assess his ankle & his back. My husband is filling for physical & mental disabilities but they didn't say anything about the mental part. I have heard a lot about this law firm so I'm kinda disappointed in the service so far. But we are just in the beginning so we'll see what happens.

Rick worked so hard for me to get SSI. He made every effort to assist me in any way he could. It was a long and tough process but he never give up! Thanks again! I'll definitely call again if I need a lawyer!
