Please describe a case(s) in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
I recently was retained on a huge case that had been litigated for 18 months. My client was being sued for fraud and breach of contract for 104,000,000.00. He had paid previous counsel more that 150,000.00 with no results. I was able to quickly come up with bad conduct on the part of the Plaintiffs. After 4 months the case was dismissed against my client in exchange for a small promissory note

Clients should seek lawyers who will be interested in their case, stay in touch with the clients, and be aggressive in the pursuit of such claims.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
Local knowledge is an extremely important factor in the success or failure of a case. Knowing the courts and judges can be the most important aspect of a case.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
In the initial telephone conversation with a prospective client I like to convey an understanding of their issues as well as promote confidence in handling their case.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?
Of course the name, telephone number and email address is important but also, when the client will be expected to pay for the legal services, the ability of the client to pay.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
I have an aggressive attitude and take calls at all times of the day.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
I truly enjoy making a difference in my clients' lives.
