Been a nightmare with them. I paid my settlement a month ago and every time I call I get the same lies “we will fax your stop order by the end of the day” it’s been a week of this lie and still nothing I cannot believe companies like this GET AWAY WITH IT keep stealing my money every paycheck from my newborn baby you guys are the absolute WORSTE company ever fire your attorneys and get new ones since they never come into the office and are such a pain to get ahold of im beginning to think they don’t even exist. I HATE YOU!

They are IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with! I have called many times and sat on hold forever only to then be disconnected, left messages, and emails. They are taking me to court, when I have been trying to set up a payment plan for months to get this resolved. Absolutely ridiculous and frustrating!!!

Poor customer service! You sit on hold for 30 minutes only to be dumped into a voicemail. Company does not respond to messages, emails or faxes.

Javitch Block LLC IS A CORRUPT DEBT COLLECTOR!!! I have to pay them for a debt of $6,000.00 which We Agreed upon. I started making my payments April of 2022, payments of $250.00 a month until it is paid in full. The payment is due on the 20th of each month but I pay it Early Every month. Friday 13th, 2023 I received an email from my attorney saying Jacob Figelman, an attorney that works for this collection agency sent him an email saying they did not receive my December 2022 payment of $250.00. I had my December bank statement that showed that check Had Cleared so I went an picked up a copy of the check and Took it to my attorney CONFIRMING THEY INDEED RECEIVED IT AND CASHED IT. I have a file number, Everyone does and it has to be on your payment, And it was, but when I picked up my check I noticed that SOMEONE AT THE COLLECTION AGENCY HAD ADDED A DASH AND 3 LETTER TO MY FILE NUMBER!!! That was DONE INTENTIONALLY!!! SO THERE’S NO TELLING WHOSE ACCOUNT THAT PAYMENT WENT IN. Javitch Block has a lot to gain if I miss a payment or default on our agreement! If I pay late or miss a payment they can force me to pay the original debt which was $10,000.00 IN FULL IMMEDIATELY!!!! This Was An Attempt To Sabotage Me!!! Whoever added the dash and added 3 letters to my file number HAD AN AGENDA, THE AGENDA WAS TO BE ABLE TO NOT PUT THAT PAYMENT IN MY ACCOUNT AND MAKE IT LOOK LIKE I DID NOT MAKE THAT PAYMENT AND THEREFORE COULD FORCE ME TO PAY THE $10,000 ON DEMAND!!! It Doesn’t Get Anymore CORRUPT THAN THAT!!!! If I Have Anymore Incidents LIKE This, I will sue this collection agency. I Have Proof of Every payment I Have Ever Made!!! There’s many ways they can SABOTAGE ME, and that’s What Crooks Do!!! It’s OBVIOUS BY THEM ADDING LETTERS TO MY FILE NUMBER THAT WAS WRITTEN ON MY CHECK IS ABSOLUTE PROOF OF THEIR REASON FOR DOING IT!!! People keep track of every payment you make! Take a screenshot of your payment before you send it, so you will have proof just incase someone there decides to CHANGE YOUR FILE NUMBER LIKE THEY DID ME! Also keep track of the amount you owe, because they CANNOT BE TRUSTED! This is Just Another Unethical Collection Agency, Do Not Have A False Sense that THEY ARE GOING TO BE TRUSTWORTHY, BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT!!!!!! Linda Davidson

I have been calling for a little over a year for a garnishment that was for fraud. I finally spoke with James and have been dealing with him directly. I also have gotten an Attorneys direct line Named Eric Peterson. I am going to harass them until I get my money back. They even admitted that it was fraud. James has been helpful and I have direct numbers to him and others in the office. I swear the only way to deal with them is to lawyer up and go after them.
