I learned of a debt I owe and am trying to pay it off. Have called and called and called. Emailed too. Left messages. Cannot get a hold of anyone. This is ridiculous. Yet you want me to pay off my balance? I don’t understand why you would turn away the money.

Called several times to settle a debt I recently discovered that I owed. Was given their number to call and was told they are debt collectors. Sent several messages/emails through their site. After being on hold for 1-3 hours each time and none of my calls being returned, It appears they are negligent and unwilling to discuss.

They worked a great repayment monthly plan I can afford. Thank you so much!

It is really frustrating that when you try to call this place you are on hold 45 minutes up to an hour. Something has got to be done about that.

Terrible place not sure how they can sleep at night knowing how they rip people off
