Please I urge you not to go with this law firm. First let's start by saying my case took over 4 yrs to settle. For the amount of money that they got me they could have closed my case in 6 months. I have 5 herniated disc in my neck which will never go away. ( LIFE TIME INJURY). I've informed them what type of work that I do and my case took so long to settle I had to work. Not to mention people work in pain everyday. I've had 4 paralegals working on my case but this last one Patrick Berkshire was the worst. I said to him you guys aren't fighting for my case and he acted like I was Speaking ebonics to him. I said I was in pain over 7 days a week and when I get relief it's only for a few days and then it's right back to pain for over a week. I got my nerves put to sleep because the pain was so unbearable. I did mediation and because they hired a (PI) They said they saw me lift a box. Mind you they don't know how heavy the box is. 1st I'm not lifting anything that's going to put more strain on me and my job knew that I couldn't lift anything heavy. Also my kids posted a old video of me doing a tiktoc before my accident and they found it somehow because I'm very seldom on social media and i don't really post anything, also they don't inform you to make your social media page private. Also it's a post of me rocking my hips and lifting my arms. Not me twerking or hitting splits or anything outrageous. So first let me say they don't communicate with you. 2nd they don't call and check up on you after a Procedure, you have to call them because if you don't your case will drag out. 3rd they don't listen to you they make you feel like your dumb and don't know what you are talking about or they just sit there in silence because they don't have a clue of how to fight for you. If I could put up the letter Patrick Berkshire sent me because I know my case was over 6 figures I would. But in a brief over view it said because I knew my case was 6 figures and because my injuries are for a lifetime. It said why I should except the amount that was offered because he had a previous case like this and the client got ZERO DOLLARS. Which meant your case has been going on for years and we don't wanna fight because we really didn't do the work for your case and we don't wanna fight for you so just take what is being offered and be grateful. As I am writing this post I'm in pain but I only received pennies compared to if I went with a big company who is known for getting the big bucks but I was duped by these fake reviews. If the reviews that you read on here are bad believe it. Because the good ones are fake. Run from this company if you want a decent settlement otherwise you get what you get here. Would give them a zero if I could. P.S. Mr.Jensen said its unlikely to not be offered anything and if I wanna go to court I can but Patrick Berkshire said the opposite and for me not to go to court because I would get nothing so clearly there is no communication between them either. P.P.S. Run if you have a serious injury because they lie about how much your doctor bills are to. I called and got a copy of my bills after my last procedure and the exact same bill I got a copy of is what they said they negotiated it down to. But they say your bills is higher and fake like they negotiate it to get it lowered so you can get more money. Initially they said my bills where almost 70 thousand and I know that if my bills where that, they should have ask for 70x 3 in my settlement but they let the other company tell them what they wanted to give me and because I'm just a number and Black I had to take it or I would have gotten nothing because they didn't wanna go to court. Every lawyer outside of them said I had a big case. So again if you wanna win don't go to them and most definitely don't let Patrick Berkshire be your Paralegal.

Attention Please Stay Far away from this place as possible! They will get you into mediation (Allen Hoffman Irene Schwarzer) show you what your take home amount will be then call you and tell you that your check will be $5000 less then What you agreed to at mediation. Wow!! Iam so glad I made the choice to use this firm! I was so stressed and scared to trust a firm as I have had bad experiences in the past. Jensen Law handled my case with such diligence. I experienced frequent communication updating me about my case every few weeks. My case was filed and closed within 8 months. I left their office with more than I expected.
