Jay Kirschner represented my family member in an exceptionally challenging situation. He was able to navigate laws that were created to paint young people into a corner with little to no recourse or understanding of their rights. I am so happy my husband and I chose to work with Jay. He holds true to his values, listens to what you have to say and is aggressive in his defense. He worked tirelessly to ensure our baby came home with a clear record and rightfully so. I highly recommend you give Jay Kirschner a call to discuss your specific needs in this arena. He’s an experienced defense attorney that understands Fort Pierce and the Treasure Coast — the consummate professional. Thank you for all that you did for us!
I am incredibly happy Mr. Kirschner was able to assist my daughter and son-in-law. He made our lives so much easier. Jay made himself available around-the-clock, answered all our questions, and took care of all details big and small. I am so grateful we chose him as an attorney. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Mr Kirschner and his staff were professional and knowledgable in my lengthy case, he had my best interest in mind the whole process and I would not hesitate to work with him again. These people who give him a bad rating, need a softer attorney that's willing to blindly take their money and sit in a chair in court. That's not Jay. Thank you, Sir... it's been a pleasure!
Mr. Kirschner and his staff were very professional and knowledgeable. They took time to sit down and look at the case like no other attorney would for us at the time. I highly recommend him as an attorney for anybody looking for someone to fight for them, and their rights!
I believe Mr. Kirschner is a very intelligent, very experienced defense lawyer. The problem is, I think he's either gotten to the point where he's overworked and doesn't have time for you, or he's just starting to care less than he used to. I could be wrong; I'm not really sure what the case is. I am sure that my husband sat in the SL County Jail for over 2 months, waitingfor his attorney to arrive. I had to get a different attorney just 12 days before his hearing, because Mr. Kirschner never did visit the jail even once to consult with his client. It was really sad, because I was out of state and couldn't do anything...in the end, I literally tried to beg him to go, but he would not respond. Sadly, things did not end well for my poor husband.
